- 6 Large Eggs
- 295 grams eggs — weight after removed from shell
- 10.4 oz eggs — "" ""
- 340 grams eggs — weight before removed from shell
- 12 oz eggs — "" ""
- 12 ounces cottage cheese — if adding other cheese, subtract it from this
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt — by weight, 6g per tsp
- 6 Tbsp whatever mix-ins you like
- As needed Butter or oil for greasing jars
- 6 four-ounce mason jars
- To taste ground black pepper
- Optional cheese — if adding other cheeses/dairy, subtract the weight from the cottage cheese. Aim ≈ 2oz dairy per egg.

- Add eggs, cottage cheese, yeast, and salt to a blender and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Grease jars
- Add additional ingredients, either stirred into the egg mixture, or placed in empty jar. Or some of each.
- Pour egg mixture on top, place lid & ring, tighten, loosen, then finger tight.
- Cook in a 170°F water bath for 1 hour.
