Ingredients
- 3 chilis from can of "Chipotles in Adobo" — more is fine if you like it hot
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise — Low fat is ok
- 1/4 cup sour cream — ditto
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice — zest too if you can
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor
- Puree until smooth
- Store in airtight container in fridge for up to a week.
Recipe Notes
This is spicy. If you want to tone it down, scrape the peppers free of seeds, then take the sauce and the scrapings and work them through a strainer fine enough to catch the seeds. That will cool it down a bit.
